I have a daughter away at college, far enough that a day trip is not really feasible. Yesterday, she was going through some things and all I wanted to do was get there and give her a hug, but since that is not possible, we talked on the phone. After she hung up to go to class, I spent the rest of my night thinking about her. It made me remember one of my favorite blog posts I have ever read.
